US domestic shipping

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Each piece is packaged with care, so please allow extra time during collection launches or holidays.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)

Carriers: We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on the destination and package size.

Tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Signature Requirement: For higher-value pieces, a signature may be required upon delivery for security.


Return Policy:

As a small business we can’t accept returns at this time, for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

  • Eligible Returns: within 7 days of delivery

  • Condition: must be unworn and in original packaging

  • Not Eligible:

    • Custom or engraved pieces

    • Permanent jewelry

    • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

We can exchange an item for a different size or length if stock allows. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email haley@haleysegaljewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send return instructions and, for domestic orders, a prepaid label.

  3. Ship the item back within 5 days of approval.

  4. Refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected.
